This intermediate aerial course will provide you with the tools to advance your own practice as well as your students. This is an intermediate to advanced course, you do NOT need to have previously taken a TFN approved beginner aerial course although it is recommended you have a consistent practice. A huge focus of this course is safety, we will go over how to get students into the asanas (postures), adjust and spot them as they get into/once they are in asanas, as well as modifications if they are unable to along with different exercises to work their way up.
Along with more advanced asanas come more advanced transitions. How you structure an intermediate class will differ from how you structure a beginner class. We will cover how to put together a Level 2 class to create confidence in and for your students. This is not a circus or aerial arts course, while the moves are more challenging, this is simply the next step to advance your aerial yoga practice, as you would with any floor practice.
